This shipping price includes transportation and insurance. ZVIZZER reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company for which it is made, regardless of what is stated on these pages and provided that it does not involve manifest damage to the customer.

Attention: In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes. In the case of payment by transfer, no order will be sent until we obtain bank confirmation of the transfer.

Deadlines

From 10 to 15 days in shipments to the Peninsula. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In adverse weather conditions orders may suffer some delay. All deliveries are at home, with a standard, economical service, with delivery during the day, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and without prior notice, therefore, we recommend providing an address where there is always someone , during the day, to receive delivery.

In case the carrier tries to deliver the package and there is no one to receive it, it will leave a note with a phone number that you can call to request, if possible, a new delivery attempt, or to agree on the collection in its warehouses. If there is no one to receive it in a second delivery, it will leave a note of the second delivery attempt. Thereafter, your order will remain in the transport agency's office for 10 days. After these days have elapsed, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

At the time you receive your package, you must:

1. Check the conformity of the merchandise received at the time of delivery.

2. Indicate any anomaly you see in the package on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.

3. The transport providers do not allow the return of the merchandise if the customer opens it in their presence, but can check the box from the outside and if it detects that the box is wet or wet, do not accept the order. The transport company will notify us of the incident and we will proceed to send a new shipment at no cost to you.

Returns and material changes

Orders can be canceled at no cost until such time as the shipment becomes effective. If we receive a cancellation notice once, the package is already sent, it will be considered a return. To make a return, it has a period of 14 days, counting from the date of delivery of the order and the products required to meet the following conditions:

a) They must not have opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions.

b) They must retain the original appearance.

c) And they will be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for later sale.

Once we receive the confirmation in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, ZVIZZER will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the refund of its import according to the payment method made.

Shipping costs and return costs are borne by the customer, except for returns that are derived from our error or a product defect. In this case, ZVIZZER undertakes to exchange the defective product for an equal one or the amount will be refunded. He will also be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping costs.
